Yes, we will bill your primary and secondary insurance.
There are dozens of different insurance policies and plans, and your physician cannot know every individual policy. This is why we urge you to contact your insurance before your appointment to determine your deductible, copay, and network coverage. You can do this by looking on your insurance company’s website or by calling the number on your card.
Please tell us at the front desk when you arrive for your appointment or over the phone when you schedule your appointment. We ask that all patients bring their insurance card to every appointment.
We accept several insurances, including the following insurance: Aetna, Amerigroup, Health Alliance, HealthPartners, HealthSmart, Humana ChoiceCare, Iowa Total Care, Medical Associates, Midlands Choice, United Health Care, BlueCross Wellmark. We do not currently accept Illinois Medicaid.
