Welcome to Vitality Physical Medicine, an independently-owned, private practice specializing in spasticity treatment, cervical dystonia, focal dystonia, chronic migraine treatment, treatment for bruxism and TMJ, pain management, non-surgical orthopedics, and rehabilitation for stroke and brain injury located in Davenport, Iowa, serving the Quad Cities community, Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois.

Founded in 2023 by Joseph Brooks, DO, MHA, a board-certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation specialist (Physiatrist), Vitality Physical Medicine exists to maximize quality of life and optimize physical function to revitalize your health.
